Dionysus Forcibly Married The Unconscious Aura After Getting Her Drunk
The god of wine and ecstasy, Dionysus, was madly in love with Aura, a virgin Titan goddess who liked to hunt. Desperate for her love of ella, Dionysus used his godly power of ella to create a wine fountain nearby Aura to slake her thirst while hunting. After gulping a lot of the wine, Aura got drunk. Then Dionysus took advantage of her while she was unconscious.
But that's not all. Other gods saw the union and convinced Dionysus to marry her, so they threw a wedding for the god and the unconscious bride. Upon waking up, Aura was furious but helpless against the god, so she could only lament her lost virginity and the fact that she was pregnant with twins. Aura devoured the firstborn of the twins out of anger, while the second-born was rescued by the gods.
Zeus Forced Himself On Demeter, Then Sent Their Daughter To The Underworld
Incest is a common theme in Greek mythology, such as in the story of Zeus and his sister Demeter. It was Zeus who first initiated a physical relationship, but Demeter turned him down. Somehow, Zeus forced himself on her in the form of a bull (other versions say he took the form of a snake).
From that union, Demeter bore the beloved Persephone. Against Demeter's wishes, Zeus later gave Persephone away to be the bride of the underworld god, Hades. Demeter was so angry that she ravaged the Earth and threatened to destroy humankind if her daughter was not returned.
