Mom P.imps Her 5-Year-Old Daughter to D,eath for $200

A Manhattan judge convicted a Florida mom — on trial for pimping out her 15-year-old daughter to an undercover John during the Super Bowl last January — of felony promoting prostitution and endangering the welfare of a child.

Yolanda Ostoloza, 39, brought her daughter from Hollywood, Florida to New York to make some cash off the football crowds last January.

An undercover cop called an online ad to arrange a rendezvous for $200 and the teen girl showed up at Midtown's New York Hilton to meet him.

“She is the one person who was supposed to protect [her de ella],” Assistant District Attorney Rachel Ehrhardt said at the non-jury trial before Justice Daniel Conviser. “The one person that was supposed to protect her de ella betrayed her de ella and sold her to the highest bidder.”

Defense lawyer Lawrence LaBrew argued that Ostoloza came to New York to turn tricks but had no intentions of involving her daughter. She'd planned to drop her off at a family member's house. But the pimp, unknown to her, had posted the young girl's pic on a prostitution site and taken her to meet with the undercover, he said.

She faces up to 15 years on the top charge.
