Princess Catherine's Initial Fears and Triumphs in Abdominal surgery Recovery

The Princess of Wales will be staying in hospital for up to 14 days and royal fans were quick to wish her a speedy recovery. Royal fans have rushed to wish the Princess of Wales a speedy recovery after it was announced that she was admitted to hospital for planned abdominal surgery this afternoon (January 17).



Kensington Palace said Princess Kate had a successful surgery at The London Clinic yesterday. She is expected to remain there for 10 to 14 days before returning home to continue her recovery. A spokesperson said: "The Princess of Wales appreciates the interest this statement will generate. She hopes that the public will understand her desire to maintain as much normality for her children as possible; and her wish that her personal medical information remains private."


Royal fans were quick to express their sympathy and well-wishes to the Princess.


One wrote on X: "Feel better soon, Catherine. Even while she's not well, she's worried about everything going on around her. You take care of you and I'm sure people understand the need to respect your privacy for your children. They would want the same for their own", while a second one said: "Praying for a speedy recovery for Catherine! Absolutely respect her need for privacy, looking forward to seeing her again when she's better."


A third one commented: "Wishing the Princess of Wales a speedy recovery. We love you, Catherine," and a fourth one wrote: "Wishing Her Royal Highness, The Princess of Wales a speedy recovery. Sending love and the warmest of wishes. "


A fifth one said: "Wishing Catherine a full and speedy recovery and completely respect her need for privacy. My thoughts and prayers are with her and her whole family."
