Following Princess Catherine's recent surgery, Prince William is reportedly taking on extra household duties to help his wife recuperate comfortably at home. A source close to the couple revealed that William is "being incredibly supportive and attentive" to Catherine's needs, even going so far as to "wait on her hand and foot."
The source added that William is "doing everything he can to make sure Catherine has a stress-free recovery," including helping with childcare, household chores, and errands. He is also said to be "a constant source of comfort and strength" for his wife during this time.
A Close and Supportive Relationship
This outpouring of support from Prince William comes as no surprise, as the couple is known for their close and supportive relationship. They have been married for over a decade and have three children together: Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
Throughout their marriage, William and Catherine have always presented a united front and have often spoken about the importance of their partnership. In a recent interview, Catherine said that she and William "always try to support each other" and that they are "a team."
Taking on Additional Responsibilities
In addition to his usual royal duties, Prince William is now also taking on some of Catherine's responsibilities while she recovers. This includes attending engagements that she would normally have attended and representing the royal family at public events.
William has also been seen spending more time with his children, taking them to school and helping them with their homework. He is said to be "a very hands-on dad" and is enjoying this extra time with his family.
A Time for Rest and Recuperation
While it is not yet known how long Catherine will need to recover, it is clear that she is in good hands. With Prince William by her side, she has all the support she needs to get back on her feet as soon as possible.
In the meantime, the royal family is asking for privacy as Catherine recovers. They have thanked the public for their well wishes and have said that they are "grateful for the support."
