FALL OUT OF FAVOR! George And Charlotte Nanny In Tears As William FIRE Her Despite Kate's Situation

Prince William, Kate, George and Charlotte appeared together for the first time as a family of four as two-month-old Charlotte was baptized at the same church where Princess Diana was christened.

In brilliant sunshine the Cambridges walked together from the Queen's Sandringham house to the nearby St Mary Magdalene Church as crowds of 3,500 gathered to watch from the paddock.

Fans had been camping overnight to catch a glimpse of baby Charlotte in the first time she had been seen since she left the hospital on May 2 at just a few hours old.

Propped up in a 1950s Millsons pram borrowed from the Queen and once used for Princes Andrew and Edward, Charlotte could be seen peeking out through the traditional royal silk and lace royal christening gown.

She may have been too young to know what was going on but big brother Prince George, who will be two later this month, looked delighted by the crowds as he walked beside her holding his daddy's hand.

Giving the occasional little wave he showed off a red and white £85 Rachel Riley shorts and shirt combination chosen to resemble the outfit William wore when he visited Prince Harry in hospital when he was born.

As they arrived at the door to the church, in scenes that will be familiar to families around the country, Kate tried to soothe Charlotte by jiggling her in her arms while William tried to cajole George into the church as he made a bolt for the opposite. direction

Kate, 33, looked sophisticated in a cream Alexander McQueen coat - the same designer she chose for George's Christening in October 2013 - and matching Jane Taylor hat with her hair tied up.

Royal nanny Maria Borrallo, who did not walk with the family but was later seen outside the church, was wearing her traditional Nordland nanny uniform from the renowned Morland College where she trained.

A few hours before the 4.30pm christening, William and Kate revealed they had chosen five of their closest friends and relatives to be Charlotte's Godparents - including Princess Diana's niece.
