He Admits Lying In Court! Penguin Random House Seeking $35m From Harry For Violating His Contract

Penguin Random House (PRH) is seeking $35 million from Harry Styles for violating his contract. The publisher claims that Styles failed to deliver on his commitment to write two more books in his "Harry Styles: A Life" series.

In 2019, Styles signed a two-book deal with PRH for a reported $1 million per book. The first book in the series, "Harry Styles: A Life," was released in 2020 and became a New York Times bestseller. However, Styles has yet to deliver on his commitment to write the second book in the series.

PRH claims that Styles has repeatedly missed deadlines for delivering the second book and has provided no updates on its progress. The publisher also claims that Styles has refused to cooperate with PRH's efforts to get the book written.

In response to PRH's lawsuit, Styles' lawyers have denied any wrongdoing. They claim that Styles is still working on the second book and that he has not violated his contract.

The case is currently pending in a New York court. It remains to be seen whether PRH will be successful in its lawsuit and whether Styles will be forced to pay the $35 million in damages.
