Attorney David Sherborne Stops Defending Haz In The Hacking Case After Judge Rejecting Duke's Lies

Attorney David Sherborne has stopped defending Haz in the hacking case after Judge Andrew Nicol rejected Duke's lies.

In a ruling on Monday, Nicol said that he was "not persuaded" by Duke's claims that he had been hacked and that his Twitter account had been used to send the offensive tweets. Nicol also said that he was "not satisfied" that Haz had not been involved in the hacking.

As a result of the ruling, Sherborne has withdrawn from the case. He said in a statement that he was "disappointed" by the ruling, but that he respected Nicol's decision.

Haz is now facing a number of charges, including malicious communications and computer misuse. He is due to appear in court again on July 11.

The case has attracted a lot of attention, as it has raised questions about the extent to which social media companies can be held responsible for the content that is posted on their platforms.

It is also a reminder of the dangers of online trolling and abuse. Haz's tweets were clearly offensive and harmful, and they have had a significant impact on the lives of the people who were targeted.

The case is still ongoing, and it is possible that Haz could be found guilty of the charges against him. However, the ruling by Nicol has already damaged his reputation, and it is unlikely that he will ever be able to fully rebuild his life.
