Actress Katherine Heigl stunned the A-list attendees - which included Sex And The City star Sarah Jessica Parker, Amanda Seyfried and Vanessa Hudgens - with a new brunette hair-do at the ShoWest awards in Las Vegas.
But the star - who was being honoured for her roles in hit movies 27 Dresses and The Ugly Truth - suffered a wardrobe mishap when she lost her dress strap during her acceptance speech.
The 31-year-old quickly scooped up the shoulder of her fuchsia gown before she suffered any real embarrassment, but was forced to ask host Billy Bush to keep hold of the strap while she finished speaking to the crowd.
Luckily the beauty refused to let the mishap ruin the honour of receiving Female Star Of The Year gong at the bash, happily smiling for pictures with her award after the incident.
